How do I get started?
A good place to begin is thinking about what your space looks like, and what type of window treatment would transform it into your vision. Once you have an idea about the general type of fabric that would look best in your space, you can begin browsing out hundreds of options!
Our process is easy to follow and allows you to create the perfect bespoke drapery. Simply follow the steps on our design process page. Once you have selected all your customization options, simply add them to your cart and click order!
Alternatively, if you are having trouble deciding what is best for your space, or if you have more questions about our drapes, feel free to reach out to us. We are more than willing to work with you collaboratively, to create an item that is perfect for your home.
How do I choose the right drapery?
1. Start by thinking about why you want to cover your window. Are you most concerned about privacy, insulation, security, style, light control, or protection of furnishings?Where can I find help with measuring?
2. Establish your goal budget, and begin looking at what options are in that price range. We offer fabric in a range of prices in order to accommodate many different customers. Make sure to consider how many panels your space requires when calculating this price.
3. Design! Think about what emotions you want to elicit from those who enter your room.
Can I return my window treatment if I am unhappy with it?
Because all of our draperies are custom made it is not possible to return them. Our workroom works hard to get every detail right, so the best way to ensure that your order is perfect, is by measuring your space properly and double checking your order before checking out.

Do you supply all the necessary components for installation?
We do not sell the components necessary for installation, but we are more than happy to give you purchase suggestions and guide you through the installation process.
How do I clean my window treatment?
Our recommendation is to dry clean them.
Are the colors for your products accurate?
Because many of our fabrics are reflective or sheer and are therefore difficult to photograph, many of the photos on our site may not be an exact color match to the product.
If you are unsure or would like to confirm the color of an item, feel free to reach out to us! You can schedule a visit to our store and see the fabrics in person. You can also ask us any questions you have about the fabrics.
Additionally, some of our fabrics are custom and often the dye can very with each individual product.
Does your site show what exact products will look like in my home?
Because our draperies are customized to the very last detail, we don't yet have the ability to show you what your final product will look like with all the fittings. However, feel free to reach out to us to get more details.

What is your shipping policy?
Because our fabrics are carefully hand-picked and sourced from around the world, our products ship at a flat rate of $25 per $150 that you spend.
